THE HARVEST FESTIVAL COMMITTEE WILL
EVALUATE THE 2008 VENDORS FIRST. THERE

ON THE WAITING LIST FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR. NEW CRAFT VENDOR APPLICATIONS WILL

returned application.
·
All booths must be open
from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday
and Sunday, however, vendors can sell their crafts earlier or
later throughout the festival weekend. Once set up, a vendor may start selling. Food booths and entertainment will be ongoing
Friday night from 7-10 pm.
·
We continue to have
problems with vendors, however, wanting to drive through the festival area
during the event. This creates both a
safety hazard and an unpleasant experience to the visitor. PLEASE
NOTE: Vendors will not be allowed to drive in or out of the festival area
between 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day (Sat. /Sun). Make sure all your picking up and dropping off is done by
then. If you need a vehicle to leave
the area, park in the vendor parking area outside
craft area.

HAND MADE
CRAFTS CONTINUE TO BE OUR #1 CHOICE FOR DISPLAYS. There have been, however, several handmade
vendor complaints vs. retail vendors along with general public visitor comments. A majority of hand made items can be
(mixed) with a small number of retail items brought to the festival. Retail
items, however, cannot include any country of origin, and/or price tags from
name brand stores. No flea market
displays will be tolerated!!
