Logan
County Neighborhood Outreach Inc. Presents the 3rd Annual Bring
the whole family out to drive through a winter wonderland of twinkling light displays.
Many local businesses, agencies and organizations have joined efforts to put together
a Christmas display for you to remember.
Every Friday and Saturday night
in December from 6 p.m. - 9p.m. beginning December 4th, 2009.
INDIAN LAKE STATE
PARK 12774 S.R. 235 North Lakeview, Ohio Asking for donation per car.
All proceeds will benefit the Chippewa and Western Neighborhood Outreach
The event is a series of Christmas light
displays set up by area businesses and toured by the community each weekend in
December. This year the displays will be open to the public every Friday and Saturday
night in December from 6 - 9 pm. We were very pleased with the support of
the community last year in putting up displays and coming out to tour the displays.
We had over 650 cars come through in the eight nights the display was open and
raised $3400 to benefit the children and families in the Western and Chippewa
neighborhoods. We are really excited about the possibilities for this year. Each
participating organization will have a camp site to decorate with a Christmas
theme of their choice. We feel
this is an event that will continue to grow every year and it is a unique way
for you to get involved and help the local children and families
in Logan County. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Aaron
Pool at 593-1449 (or email to nocenter@embarqmail.com) or Drew Shick at 843-9283
(or email to shickd@odjfs.state.oh.us)
We hope you enjoy the following photos
and a video from last year's light display.
